Image Requests
Your letter, fax, or email should include as much of the following information as possible:

• Contact name
• Company name
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Phone and fax numbers
• e-mail address
• Information about the object requested (i.e. object number, artist, title, medium, culture, date)
• Photographic material format requested: black and white print, color print, color transparency for publication, or digital image.

• Project or publication name and description (for publications, please provide as much bibliographical information as possible)
• Quantity (print-run or estimated number of subscriptions if an online publication)
• Please indicate if this is an educational or non-profit project
• If you are requesting permission to reuse an image you already have, please indicate when and where you obtained it. If applicable, include an invoice or permission number.
