Two of the leading father-son teams in Indian music join forces for this celebration of the venerable guru-disciple tradition. Partha Chatterjee has performed across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the United States. His son Purbayan's inaugural tour of Great Britain ended in London with what India Today called a "scintillating performance." They are joined by the great tabla artist Anindo Chatterjee and his son Anubrata, who has already accompanied such stars as Hariprasad Chaurasia and Amjad Ali Khan. This concert is presented in conjunction with Muraqqa'.
