Tour Request Form

Please see our Group Tour Guide or descriptions of available tours and information about scheduling a group tour. Note that there are size limits for all tours and age recommendations for school tours.

Please complete this form at least four weeks in advance to request a tour at the Freer Gallery of Art or the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery. Reserved tours are offered from 10:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays and federal holidays, subject to availability.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request in a timely manner. Tour requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on the availability of docents, gallery size, and other factors. Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee a tour. We will confirm tours in writing two to three weeks before they are scheduled to take place.
